LSACengine strives to conduct all crowdfunding and contribution campaigns with transparency. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances (if any) refunds will be issued for contributions or purchases made through our website.

1. Contributions Are Final

All contributions made to support LSAC (Laser Spatial Architecture Carving) (via bank transfer  or any other authorized payment processor) are non-refundable, except when required by law (e.g., unauthorized charges).

By making a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that funds are used immediately to support research and development activities, and refunds are not provided for any reason after the payment is accepted.

2. Exceptions

Unauthorized Charges. If your credit card or payment method is charged without your consent, you must notify us immediately at support@lsacengine.com. We will investigate and coordinate with the payment processor to rectify any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Payment Processing Errors. If a transaction fails or duplicates unintentionally, please contact us within 7 business days at support@lsacengine.com for a prompt review. If an error is confirmed, we will issue a credit or refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lsacengine.com with:

• Your full name

• Date of transaction

• Amount contributed

• A brief explanation of your request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Genuine errors (e.g., duplicate charges) will be corrected; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

4. Subscription or Recurring Payments

If you have signed up for any recurring or subscription-style support (e.g., monthly donations), you may cancel future payments at any time. To cancel, please contact us at support@lsacengine.com.

Canceling your recurring payment will not trigger a refund for past contributions. You will not be charged in subsequent billing cycles once the cancellation is processed.
