5.1 Payment Processing

We offer the option to support LSACengine via bank transfer (SEPA/EUR or CZK) or any other authorized payment processor. By contributing, you authorize the payment method chosen at checkout to process the transaction. LSACengine does not store full banking or card details on our servers. Our payment partner’s privacy and security policies apply to all payment-processing data.

5.2 Contribution Terms

Contributions are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any contribution for any reason.

5.3 Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges incurred by your payment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LSACengine disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prague, Czech Republic. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LSACengine regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements regarding the subject matter.
